Milieu is certified by the Finnish Asthma and Allergy Association. It is M1 classified with minimal odour and contains only minimal amounts of synthetic preservatives.

VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compounds.

Milieu's innovative manufacturing process eliminates the need for added synthetic preservatives, using a precise formula and natural preservation methods to maintain the quality. The paint however contains trace amounts of preservatives that originate from the tinting paste.

The VOC levels of the Milieu paint is below 1 g/l, which is significantly lower than the EU regulations' Low VOC limit of 30 g/l. We believe that the amount of VOC emissions is important when choosing paint.
